All bans and extended jail times/mutes should be reported here in this forum. Please use the follow format when making a ban report: Topic Title: [BR] Username Code: [color=#00FF00]Username:[/color] [color=#00FF00]Duration of ban: [/color] [color=#00FF00]Time of ban: [/color] [color=#00FF00]Reason:[/color] [color=#00FF00]Witnesses:[/color] [color=#00BF00]Description of what happened:[/color] [color=#00FF00]Evidence:[/color] Post ban reports in the Minecraft section of the forums Evidence is not required for most situations, but it never hurts to have it. Evidence must be provided for permanent bans and temp bans longer than 1 day.
