So, even with the no collide plug in "baiting" on the server meaning a person has to be on the T's head seems asanine to me. I played on the server for a little while and most rounds were ended by a CT getting within a foot of a CT/dying and subsequently giving them a primary. |

Well here's some rules we got pertaining to what you just described: Do not bait (give guns to Ts). - aka Gunplant. Simple enough. Do not give guns to terrorists or put the terrorists or your CTs in a position that would enable the terrorists to obtain a gun You must play your role as a guard. - Always play your role Teasing a terrorist, waving a gun in their face, standing up their ass, is not playing your role! Do not stand near Ts for extended period of time. - Probably the most relevant to your post - Simple, CTs shouldn't be standing near the terrorists for extended periods of time. You may legitimately kill/damage a guard when he is on your head. - The known "baiting" rule. While no rule prohibits the specific act of baiting, standing on a terrorists head violates all 3 of the other rules I brought up, so in turn, baiting isn't allowed. It all falls down to CTs must always play their role. Admins also have a rule to follow: Swap CTs not doing their job to the other team. A CT who is constantly doing what you described is indeed breaking the rules. Please contact an admin online and it can be handled! Otherwise, you can always gather evidence and report a player here.
