This is so people know just a little bit of whats happening throughout EgN and gives a little extra spotlight to peeps as well. Rule #1 Don't Sleep An Hour Before Your Tournament Starts
This is something I learned during second round of the Brawlhalla tournament as I got wrecked by Veteran NaCl in my half asleep state. During round one we had Elite member Melon vs Member Wolf king Swiftwind. Wolf put up a valiant effort but it was Melon who ended up making it into the semi finals.
Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts in the two matches Vertical vs Vestrocity and Jixy vs Donny both Donny and Vestrocity ended up being disqualified for not being able to attend. This boosted Vertical and Jixy into the semi finals.
It's semi finals everyones on the edge of their seats waiting to see who will win. Its Jixy vs Melon & NaCl vs Vertical in the race to the finish line. An intense battle between Jixy & Melon ended with Jixy being submitted into the finals of this Brawlhalla tournament.
Rule #2 Never Underestimate Your Opponent
NaCl vs Vertical, a fight they've been teasing each other about for days. A practice match leads to NaCl getting three stocked by Vertical. For those new to Brawlhalla, a three stock refers to when another player kills you without losing any of their own lives (usually 3). With the practice match done serious business needs to be attended to. Although never giving up NaCl unfortunately lost sending Vertical_360 into the finals with Jixy.
Rule #3 Always Be A Good Sport
All though a hard battle was fought with each side giving their all, only one can emerge victoriously. In the end EgN| Jixy was the ultimate victor after dishing out some brutal moves. We also held a mini tournament for those who did not get past the semifinals. In a fight between NaCl and Melon it was EgN| Melon who claimed third place.
