I think you just go Practice With Bots > Casual > Start > put in needed commands in console. (I think I only tried putting in competitive against bots when I was leader.)

Spoiler: Show All commands that might be needed mp_maxrounds # - Example mp_maxrounds 30 - Sets max rounds mp_warmup_end - Ends warmup changelevel map - Example: changelevel de_mirage exec gamemode_competitive - Puts the game into competitive mode bot_kick - kicks all bots ez pz mp_forcecamera 1 - restricts spectator modes for dead players. mp_restartgame 1 - Restarts game and loads up the competitive mode or this this would be nice.
