Elevated Gaming Network :: View topic - Doing a 24 hour livestream

Make sure you hydrate and take care of yourself during the live stream. People have asked me multiple times to do a 24 hour stream, but I have always told them I'm not physically ready. You have to make sure you can do longer streams before you do this. Though 24 hour streams maybe fun, they are very hard on the human body.

If you feel like you cant go any further, immediately stop and call it a day. If you get extremely tired, hungry, dehydrated, nauseous, etc.; stop the live stream and take care of yourself.

There have been many streamers who have died streaming for 24 hours straight with no preparation at all. I'd like to be the one to tell you to take care of yourself whilst doing this.
