Full description of what happened:so orders were to follow veronica and a guy yelled rebel and some didnt shift walk and some did which lead to dogboy shooting alot. And hitting 3 guys that wasnt shiftwalking. it was very messy and had a long talk with shadowlord and also got consulted by central about it too. Was told this was the right decision so i proceeded with a ctban.
