Now, this is particularly referencing Advisor+ atm. How hard is it to reply to a PM or acknowledge it?
Spoiler: Show

I've recently made a couple PMs to higher ups, one exclusive to Advisors+ because the subject matter included Staff. The first message I saw action was taken outside of the PMs, so whatever but a reply acknowledging the message doesn't hurt. My second message never received a reply nor have I noticed action from it.

Matthew,
You claim to had been trying to get a hold of me previously (messaged me 1 time on steam). Since then I've been online on steam and check the forums at least once a day. I've even sent PMs to Advisors+ about an issue. Still no reply or any attempt of you trying to talk to me.

So Feedback & Suggestion?
Communicate. There's a reason people don't think higher ups communicate or reply to anything unless you're locking arms in a TeamSpeak channel frolicking through open fields of daisies.

I blame staff and advisors.

Sure, I replied. On behalf of the Advisors apologies for the delay.

I would like to point out that there are no open fields of daisies in EgN's TS3 at the moment of this writing, digital or otherwise.

I shouldn't need to complain via forums before receiving a reply.

On a side note - I expect a new channel filled with daisies in ts3.

Sure, however it would've helped to not hold back information so we could have known your PM was correctly targeted to Advisors, we get a lot of mis-directed PMs and I for one don't tend to reply with who to target instead (People should do their research/think about stuff a little, esp. considering your (prev.)rank within EgN). This coupled with the fact the PM system doesn't lend itself well to replying to group PMs (one does not see if the original PM has been answered or not) caused you to not be answered, for which you've already received an apology.

Sure, however considering my previous rank (and past messages to higher ups -- done correctly) it's usually safe to know there's a reason if someone is omitted from a PM. I'll add more info next time to help clarify. I'm aware the PM system sucks with group PMs (BCCs can kinda help) but that just goes back to the whole communication thing rather than assuming it was handled/directed correctly.

You masking your intention/information from the person/group you're PMing for assistance can't be explained away as a good/normal/understandable thing. It's just wasting time.
