If someone puts a video of our server on YouTube, with everyone screaming and spamming, chances are people watching it will think "Wow, that server looks horrible." That's bad reputation. |

We do require members to wear our tags.... To OP: Please remove the video clips from Youtube, we haven't given you permission to record video footage in our server. |

As long as he makes his youtube video private or can only get to the video from the link. But I still don't see why he has to ask for permissions to make a video on our servers. |

I don't think you need to have permission to record in the server if the server is public, kind of like when you record in a public park the government has no right to tell you to not record or photograph things with a few exceptions. If he isn't monetizing the video then he has the right to post videos without permission, but its suggested that you make the video private/unlisted so as not to stain the reputation of the clan. |
