This is for a statistics question More preferred, and directed at College and/or High School students, but anyone can answer (the more answers the better). On average, how many hours of sleep do you get a night, and why is that? Due to work / school overload, or other? |

Anywhere between 11 and 15 ?? 11 if i have to wake up early for work or 11+ if i dont. I sleep way too much... Edit- 11 hours due to work. 19 years of age ?? |

Actually, this is more directed to anyone between the ages of 16-25 which is basically the whole clan, but just need an average And if you do answer, can you post your age too! |

Only 6 hours, mainly cause I naturally like to stay up late but I have to get up at 6 am. I’m 17 |

sometimes I get 6 hours sometimes is 4 usually 5.5 |

7.5-8.5hrs of sleep, age is 22 and im working full time but you gatta make time for sleep so you have a good mood and feel good ^.^ |

18 years 6 hours of sleep cause is movies and gaming |

19 years old, Generally sleep 8-9 hours -12/1am>8am Non-college days I'll normally sleep 10-11 hours |

so i prefer to get 8 hours of sleep that makes me work through a hard and long day, but most of the time i settle for 7 hours since im a slacker ^^ |
