I just had a quick question about the meetings. Is there anyone who writes down what we talk about during the meeting and posting it on forums, so for people who miss it has a chance to look at it anyways, or is a bad idea. I know it encourages to not join the meetings. I have nothing against writing things down at a meeting to make new people understand the situation the clan is in and other discussed topics. It can also help for the next meeting, to make a quick summerize of what we spoke of last time and discuss how that went? Any thoughts? |

There's recordings. No idea where the hell they're posted, but you can contact a higher up about that. |

As far as Note Taking during the meeting - Birthstone? used to do this. Not sure if this is still kept up. |

I have written absolutely nothing before on paper, but have attended to meetings during many things and has written down everytime. This is only as a help, if u dont want it u wont have it :) |
