You can gift Steam giftcards to users... when I did my Hotline Miami giveaway, octo already owned the game, so I gifted him the worth in steam credit. That way, whoever wins can choose whatever game they want. |

Ya know I would love to see rocket league given away. I would actually participate in that, and it’s normal on sale or you could wait a few weeks until it is. |
