Mines pretty messy most of the time. But i usually just have folders on the right and random stuff on the left.

I use the reddit wallpaper changer to grab one of the current top posts of the day/week and change every X minutes or hours. It's pretty nifty. Link Here

don't mind the resolution difference, got a new monitor for christmas. old one is years old and needs to be replaced
