Please watch this video if anyone is dealing with any type of depression. The term "it gets better" is thrown around so much anymore people who are depressed might not even see the meaning in it, I was one of them. When I was in high school, this man's advice and lectures helped get me out of the deepest hole I had ever been in. If this video helps you, watch whatever you can with this guy in it.

If anyone wants to talk specifically with me about any issues of yours that cause your depression please do.

I'm still working on my depression and anxiety and some days are always worse than others. However, I still try and I encourage all who also deal with these or any other mental illness DO NOT GIVE UP. You are loved and worth so much more than you probably think. Synthic thank you for posting this. To any of you that need someone to talk to I am always on steam and I will always try to help. It doesn't matter if its because you are so very angry, or sad, or even because you're happy and want to tell someone. Everyone should have someone they trust to talk to. Please my lovelies be safe <3

Oh please not that fucker :/

This particlar video may be good enough to make you feel better, but please don't see him as a role-model psychologist, also he's not a psychiatrists which means he's not qualified to actually medically cure people.

He only got famous for political reasons, that's not how someone should select their mental care advisors.

Just go see a local medical professional, best thing you can do.
