We have an upcoming Staff+ meeting that is going to cover most of the concerns people have in the community. We have a list of things we will change and accomplish during the meeting, but we dont have enough. We want this thread to be an open discussion for you guys to voice your concerns about anything in the community. We need to make a change to EgN, because recently a lot of people have been hostile to the Staff+, and to others in the community. We want to make this community a better place for you guys to enjoy.

So far we plan to:
    - Address the new invoice system (see Kharns post if confused)
    - Reviewing/Changing forum rules
    - Website changes
    - Rank description updates (ex. Supporter)
    - Forum clean up (ex. changing format threads, deleting sections not used, etc.)
    - Staff+ evaluations (possibility)
    - Staff Switcheroo (Goes hand in hand with the evaluations)
    - Member clean up (ex. demoting/removing inactive members)
    - Admin clean up (ex. removing admins who aren't donating, in the clan, and/or active in the community)

So thats everything I really have for right now, but what are your concerns? Do you want something changed that I haven't listed here? Please post your concerns by Friday night 11:59 pm EST. I will be reviewing them and letting you know by PM if we will talk about it, or if we wont (ill provide a reason why if we wont cover it).

Ooohhh a suggestion box.... my list of problems is forever growing but I don't write things down and I forget them but I have this itch inside that says changes need to happen if only I could remember the things I want changed.

SUGGESTIONS

TOP PRIORITY | TOP SECRET | OFFICIAL USE ONLY
Randy for Veteran

Edit: I almost forgot. Delete all the shit servers ASAP
My servers need more power!!!

Edit x 2: I will settle with Randy getting class President and Prom King.

Edit #69: Supporter rank needs to go back to the old ways and be given to those who request it / deserve it. I agree with Doldol on many things but I don't think supporter should have been changed / reserved only for ex staff. I also don't think it should take 100% staff vote for them to get it maybe just a majority vote.

Edit / suggestion #586: Add achievements to forum profiles.

Edit: Suggestion #20 Lets have a recruitment competition!! Maybe a reward for top recruiter. You could add a line to the recruit template that says Recruiter:Or you could make a drop down box with member names they can choose from. This could be a 1 month or 6 month competition.

Maybe a [Serious] thread tag, like Reddit has, where if you don't post "Seriously" (AKA; No shit posting) you're post is removed, and if you do it enough you are forum banned?

Though it means more work for staff (but you guys are doing it already, so it could possibly make it easier: "shit-posting in a serious thread, removed", may make it easier.

Please, locking threads is annoying as hell. I am not on my computer 24/7 due to the fact i have a job, a girlfriend and have to go the gym 3 evenings a week.
Sometimes even i have valuable things to add but sadly the thread is locked..

There could be an issue with this, that I just thought of.
I post in a "serious" thread.
I don't consider it a shit-post.
Nameless-Staff / Advisor see's it as a shit post and removes it.
I don't like my self proclaimed none shit post being removed.
I get angry and start making noise and getting this and that person involved.
Drama

To avoid this we would just need to define it pretty strictly, so in a "Serious" post, it has to be relevant to the OP (or someone else), and can't just be a low effort joke (which I know I do a lot, so this could help when you're looking at a thread). Maybe try it out and see how seriously we can "serious" threads hehehehehe
