What do you guys think of having 2 staff members at a time take a 2 week vacation and being replaced with 2 other EgN members chosen by the community and higher ups? I was thinking this could give a much needed break and period of self reflection to the staff as well as getting other members of EgN a better understanding of the responsibilities staff have to deal with. Also it could give the community a chance to try out staff with different personalities and goals for the community. I think we could do this as a bit of a trial and if works out well we could do it once every month or two. Thats the idea but what do you guys think? Have any opinions or think something should be changed? Dont forget to comment, like, share, and subscribe for more videos like this every single day! |

This sounds like a great idea. And since lunk brought it up, he should be exempt from taking the hard duties of a staff :^]. I nominate Roaxes and SemiAutoNoob |

This is dope. however I think it'd be pretty hard to catch a lot of us up to speed on what staff control. You'd have a pretty limited pool of candidates |
