But back on topic, please just make sure you're all using the correct format and filling our the templates completely. They aren't there for you to pick and choose which parts you want to include, they're all necessary for the staff to be able to handle your complaint properly and fully. After all, you wouldn't want the staff to answer most of your complaint and leave an important aspect out because "it's easy for you to find out yourself". You expect a degree of effort in their response and way of dealing with the complaint, so why shouldn't they expect the same level of effort when you create your complaints/reports?
I really can't stress enough how much every template is important and how every part of them are applicable and must be filled in!
