Post subject:  Travelling

I'm going travelling this summer across Europe with a group of strangers, and hopefully next year once I've done my degree, I'll be able to move to Australia for a year so I can travel across and work whilst I go. I've always been passionate about travel and culture, and my biggest challenge that I'm setting myself is to visit Peru, and trek the Inca trail up to Machu Picchu before I'm 30.

Has anyone else ever travelled, or wanted to travel?

Thanks for the heads up BK, everytime I travel I try get involved in the culture and get to know the locals just to immerse myself in the culture and experience, but I'm also careful to do my research about areas and customs of a place. I'll make sure I do my research if I ever manage to get my ass down to Peru!

The Phillipines are always spoken about whenever I mention travel to an experienced traveller or a travel company, Gold. If you're interested in going, I know a travel company that you might wanna check out who offer trips where you go with a random group of people and you dont have to worry about anything, all your transport and accomodation are sorted (even the food is sometimes included). If you wanna know more hmu.

If I travelled to Asia, I'd likely do a circuit tour, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos. Then Guam, Philippines etc

I've not done much travelling until recently. For my senior class trip we took a bus to Washington D.C.

A week from today I'll be on a plane on my way to Pensacola Beach in Florida.

One day I wish to visit/live in a part of Mexico or another Spanish speaking country to learn more about the culture and language.
