Sunday - Office closed
Monday - 8am - 5pm
Tuesday - 8am - 5pm
Wednesday - 8am- 5pm
Thursday - 8am - 5pm
Friday - 8am - 3pm
Saturday - Office closed

Our lunch break is from 9am - 3pm on any given day, so contacting during those times will likely keep you on hold. 8am - 9am is our "Wake Up Hour" so responses may be delayed. Our rush hours seems to be from 3pm -5pm Monday - Thursday for some reason so I'd recommend avoiding those times. You can leave a message outside of office hours and we'll get back to you eventually.

Also any Staff seen online can be considered to be "on call." Spam them relentlessly until they respond, it's the preferred method.

Admins should be allowed to have a schedule then lol. That way we get some off time for jb without any admin worries.
