Who else got a lake full of snow? Up here in the Great White North we got pounded last night, and the forecast is showing another mountain of snow is gonna come down on us.
I'm not even in a northern part of Canada, I'm sure some you 'Mericans in the northern part of the US will get a lot too!

Also, people suck at driving in the snow :/

Oh trust me, my area isn't doing so well either. We have a combination of the snow and the lake effect. I think we have close to 2ft already.

It's funny, the lake effect for me stops snow in my town half the time.
I drove home in a flurry, and 10 minutes closer to my hometown it was clear skys, with visible flurries and dark skies all around.

Though the other half we get pounded even harder.

I don't appreciate your comment about people being bad drivers in the snow.

On an unrelated note we got 4 inches of snow last night and I totaled my car on my way to work this morning LOL

I was traveling the other day and the police shut down the road for about 5 hours. Weather was bad. Realllll bad. Like 1 inch of snow bad....
In reality it was full whiteout conditions.
Also I will never drive in snow here... these idiots have no idea how to. I did once and almost got hit by someone who was sliding evreywhere.
Cause over here you slide, IT MEANS PUSH YOUR BRAKES MORE

    -Temperatures/wind chill values, low temperatures will reach 20 to 23 below zero by Sunday morning. Wind chills may drop to as low as 35 to 45 below zero by late Saturday night and Sunday morning.

    -Storm total snow accumulations, 3 to 5 inches of snow.

    -Impacts: visibility restrictions and slick snow covered roads will all lead to hazardous travel conditions later today into Saturday. As temperatures and wind chills plummet Saturday into Sunday, Frost Bite to exposed skin could occur in as little as 10 minutes.

Saturday is going to be fun. I am supposed to drive an hour north back home for a christmas party, then work Sunday at 5:45am. We'll see what happens.
