The best solution is for you to stop being a Nazi about literally everything on the forums. Since you've gotten staff you haven't done much more than be a copy of Caboose's forum signature. You constantly lock threads that don't need locking. If no one is yelling at each other or arguing unnecessarily then a thread doesn't need a lock. This is a community with a forum. The point of a forum is for people to come and post on it. But just about every time a decent conversation gets going you lock it saying "oh it's shitposting" or "oh it's against the rules." If a conversation is being had then it's not shitposting. What's even better is there is no rule that says "no shitposting." There is a rule that says "Make your posts count" and if people are having conversation and not just posting memes then their posts count. The forums is meant for more than just LOAs, complaints, and ban reports. Stop trying to act like it's any different. The point of EgN is a place where people can relax with friends and enjoy themselves, and you have done nothing since you've gotten staff but be an obstacle of this. You're a staff. You're not a normal admin or moderator. Your role isn't to simply enforce the rules. Your role is to actually use your head and see what's okay and what's not. If you seriously think that people simply having a conversation is not okay then it disappoints me that your name is still yellow. |

A vote? Constantly bugging Kharn about it? I swear talking about promotions reverses the process... As far as i'm aware higher up promotions come from the top, not from below pestering the top... Either way, i think Phillip needs to stop being an arsehole, take his thumb out is arse and become the Staff member he's supposed to be.... |
