Found this poor cat outside my house i've heard it for the past few days but couldn't find it. Poor thing has to be about 1.5 pounds under weight and dehydrated. With any luck the Police will find the owner so they can arrest them thanks to Maines strict animal abuse laws. |

Ya thats the cat. I talked to the animal control and decided to keep him instead of brining him to the shelter. So he got to go for an emergancy vet visit earlier today. |
