I'm sorry, but ever since you and Wartheft became staff, the clan has been better managed, especially the admin school. Having more higher-ups will help. Not saying we need 20 advisors, because then we won't be able to get to hear Sloppy's weekend. Remember, to be a staff you need to honestly help the clan, and you need to try your best. We have a good amount of people that are loyal to this clan.

Alright so there have been a lot of people leaving, coming in, going on breaks, coming back from breaks, etc. In any process like this there are going to be snags and EgN's recent history is no exception. As it stands I think there need to be some beefing up of the Staff and Advisor roles for those that are really involved in the community, and more member participation in general. Almost everyone can agree that members need to be more active. I'm surprised at how fast we've been recruiting people this year, that's a really good thing. There are also some relatively new members helping out in various ways (that being said I've been here like 9 months so lol) and the high leadership as always on point with their commandments. I think if we were to push for active involvement in various activities such as clan recruiting (through social media, etc.), server testing / populating, contributing to forum discussions, etc. EgN as a whole will be strengthened and all of us will have a better experience playing together. What do you guys think?

We've been doing great the last year. Generally EgN has never really been going downhill ever, and we're always growing/improving, I'm happy. It's just that I have a lot of stuff which I would want to code, but no time.
