We have created a new rank called Representative: a new rank being added to the Staff+ team. This rank does not have the full permissions, rank, or authority of a Staff. The point of this rank is that members get a taste of Staff+ life, ideally representing the ideas, wants, and needs of the community by being permitted to attend all regular Staff+ meetings and discussions. They won't have any access to servers or authority to make rule-clarifying or groundbreaking decisions. They’ll work closely with the Staff to determine what is best for the community on a day to day basis. While they can listen in and express their opinions, their opinions or votes will not be equal to that of the rest of Staff+, unlike the current system of Staff+ members, which for now will remain unchanged. There will also be a “Guest” Representative – a Representative spot that gets voted on upon the members monthly at the monthly meeting. This person fulfills the exact rank of a representative, only temporarily. Their expectations, however, are lower in terms of responsibility, but namely to provide valuable input on community wants and needs. This person may be brought onboard as an indefinite Representative if the Staff+ choose to make that offer. Legends are heavily considered to be representatives, if they chose to be so.

Love this work. It is like new life. Keep it up. Just quick: Please don't brake the community we love. Thanks. Also you guys getting representative should know you are all under the microscope while you are at that rank since you are so close to staff. |
