Post subject:  CS:GO Deathmatch Server Update - 8/25/14

The CS:GO Deathmatch server has been updated as of 8/25/14.

What has been added?

    • A Knife Shop plugin has been added to the server.
      -The knife shop can be accessed by typing !knife or /knife into chat.
      -Each knife costs credits, which are obained by killing a player. One kill grants you one credit.
      -Each knife lasts for the duration of the map
        -Bayonet: 30 credits
        -Gut Knife: 45 Credits
        -Flip Knife: 60 Credits
        -M9 Bayonet: 75 Credits
        -Karambit: 90 Credits
        -Gold Knife: 100 Credits
        -Huntsman: 120 Credits

Are there no options to buy a Butterfly knife? That's my fave.

Also i'd personally suggest or vote to decrease the map time limit so maps switch slightly more often.
This also goes with decreasing the point cost by a tiny bit as well. Just my opinion as I got bored playing after 2 maps of deathmatch.

Just a suggestion. Could put it to a vote or ask some other peeps.

Get the server going by setting up an event. And send the invites to everyone within the steam group

I'll just throw in my two cents, since you've been asking for it Synthic.

The credit to kill to cost ratio doesn't really add up. 120 kills for a huntsman knife and the knife only lasts for 1 map? Seems ridicolously high.
It gives you more of a goal to reach, but it still doesn't add up. Lower the cost or give more credits per kill. It's a really nice addition, but it needs some tweaking :)
Also have a look at the PM I sent. Add more maps, make the time per map alittle shorter (somewhere around 15 mins is good) and something of that sort, and it'll be a much better server.

Yes, they are rather easy haha. I'll probably bump them up a difficulty. And for the sounds, I'll put them on the fastDL and hope they work.
