There's a username DISHONESTED THIEF he want's to join EgN he doesn't seem bad he seems really nice. So I was wondering is there a way for younger users to join EgN by having their parents approval via voice or via form. He's really interested in being apart of EGN but since hes younger there could be a restriction such as "Admin" maybe.

Anyone under the age of 13 has to have their parents sign a COPPA document before they can join any online community, per federal law. We do not allow members under the age of 13 under any circumstances.

We have an age requirement of 15 to join our community, but if one of us higher ups believe that someone of the ages of 13 or 14 is mature enough to join this community, we will accept them as a recruit.

Well the thing is half of EgN has squeakers which puts them under 15 I don't want to give an example though
