Since the topic was locked, but this is still not resolved: Wartheft wrote: Wartheft wrote: The only time anyone other than a higher up should post on a report/complaint/unban request is if they are telling the person to use the correct format, or if they were actually in the game and saw what happened and have useful and meaningful evidence (Screenshot/Demo) that they can add to the post to help the higher ups in their decision, or if they are the original poster, was the admin that banned the OP, or if they are the person being accused in the complaint. Since people want to complain about 'exceptions' and don't understand when we do or don't allow them, under absolutely no other circumstances than those aforementioned should anyone other than a Staff+ post on a report/complaint/unban request. As of right now, this is what we're going by. Locked and moved to an EgN only section where it should have been. No "i'm trying to help", if you want to help, pm a staff+ to give you permission and if they do, include that that person gave you permission in your post. Sorry to be such a dick about it, but apparently we can't have gray lines in this community, so this one is solid black and wide. Obviously, there hasn't been an official agreement. It makes much more sense for the first one, but... |

There clearly was an official agreement. What I said was going to be the rule, but since people still don't understand how to read in any way especially when they started a large topic talking about it, the rule was once again changed. I'm starting to think we should just stop duncing and start removing people from the community for it. No one can get it through their head and duncing apparently isn't working. We talk behind closed doors much more than you all think we do. |

Just wondering It's pretty obvious that it doesn't matter.. we're all in agreement until someone else says otherwise ~ Sent from my Galaxy S4 using Tapatalk That's what I was wondering; if it was a collective agreement or just one person's decision... Because when one staff member posts that it's going to be one thing, and another posts that it's going to be another, it makes you wonder which it is. So maybe adding a "we decided the official rule" would be helpful... |
