So i just negotiated a deal for my company and saved my boss a total of 4,370.00 USD from his original quote. Great right? But I still am going to be paid 12/hr with no bonus or anything, fml and fuck my boss |

Even when your doin good they always say you still can improve on things. As long as you see that you're doing good then that's what really matters. With a positive mindset you can keep going up. Unless your a fuck up and they tell you that. Then your probably not going anywhere and should find something that you can handle. |

But from your companie's POV that is probably what you are being paid to do. .... if i was paid even 1% of the extra money I have made my company, i'd be loaded. Unfortunately though, that's not how it works :) |

Starting pay is around $15. |
