After careful consideration and discussion, I have decided to demote Philip back to Veteran. This is due to a time issue and lack of interest in leading, this does not have anything to do with the Young/Dhack situation. Leadership is a terrible burden and it wears upon those who bear it, for even our inaction causes problems. |
