Promotions
    - To Advisor: Shen Li: For being active, insightful and a thoughtful and constructive Staff.
    - To Staff: SilverHybrid: For his continued effort in making our servers better, his activity everywhere around EgN
    - To Staff: Jimmah: For being mature and level-headed.

Demotions
-To Staff: Wartheft: While possessing great qualities, it has been a growing issue that he has a tendency to not follow the collective decision by EgN's higher-ups, as well as complaining about what he sees as negative in EgN to non-higherups. Instead of constructively working on resolving issues with the higher-ups. He has been approached and even warned about this growing issue before, his failure to listen to this critique inexorably led to this demotion. (Declined Staff)
-To Veteran: Wolfie: Bypassing a higherup's authority without explanation.

You say higher ups but how come they posted a vote on the forums asking who would want to keep him as advisor or as supporter?
Several higher ups want to keep him as an advisor, Do you just mean you as a higher up counting as several people? you have other higher ups to collaborate with which i get a general consensus that they all want to keep him, But you perm'd him from the teamspeak for not accepting staff? as a community as a whole we all want him to stay advisor.
YOU are not the whole community Doldol. If this is a community then put it up to a vote for all members to vote fairly and equally not just a dictatorship.

I've followed collective decisions by the higher ups, I've not followed singular decisions made my Doldol. I am not the only higher up nor member who complains constantly about Doldols' ability to lead and the poor decisions he has made in the past 6 months. Actually we higher ups have made decisions together that Doldol did not agree with so he overrode them. He also doesn't come to us for advice, he simply makes many decisions without consulting us. I have never been approached nor warned about my "behavior."

This is a decision made by Doldol alone that every higher up disagrees with. He attempted to keep it simply between me, Lex, and himself because he knew the other higher ups nor members would agree with the decision. We brought them in on it and they didn't agree. Doldol still wouldn't budge. It was brought to the community's attention as seen and as far as I can tell there are very very few who agree with Doldol's decision. Despite this he still refuses to change his decision. He even attempts to say it was a decision by the higher ups when it wasn't. He cares little about what his community thinks as far as can be shown, and cares more about running things the way he wants to. In a higher up meeting last week he said our members are not wise enough to understand this situation. He left the community because one particular member was avoiding him because he wouldn't leave said member alone for more than a few minutes. He decided a friendship with that single member was more important than being the leader.

In the two and a half years I've been in this community large decisions were always democratic, either between a consensus by the higher ups, by our admins, or by our members. Then suddenly the moment the leader is makign a decision that he knows very few will agree with he attempts to make it alone. After it's made public and he's proven that no one agrees with it he continues to make it. What kind of leader doesn't care about the views of his higher ups? What kind of leader doesn't care about the views of his members?

He thinks that he is the part of egn that can control us, that he votes for all of the community. But he sounds like an asshole, If I was in his spot I wouldn't be having a tantrum because my staff dont agree with me, I would accept that I was defeated and move on but doldol has to go on to say that he can vote for the community and chose what happens when we all decided to vote for something that he doesnt agree with. To me I think that hes acting like a child right now, I know wartheft probably doesnt like me but I agree with wartheft
To me I honestly think that doldol doesnt deserve the spot he has, he acts like a child that just lost his tooth and hes sad about it. I think that doldol could be more mature about it and accept defeat, but instead he has to go onto say that everyone was being active doing well when wartheft was doing the best than everyone.

Congrats to the ones who got promoted.

I'm not going to lie, I'm fucking pissed about Wartheft being banned, but I'll practice self-control.

Still, I feel this needs to be discussed further on TS3, because this is bigger news than you think.

Unfortunately I was unable to attend the meeting today as I just got home from running out and about for a bit, However I feel like We already had this same discussion about the wartheft demotion a few days ago and it was pretty agreed among all higher ups except Doldol that this would be a poor decision to go through with considering Wartheft, while he does sometimes have his flaws, Usually he's active and handles most situations decently further more he's probably one of the best/most active Higher up's at the moment, he still manages to juggle egn things while also dealing with school/work now. My hat is off to him for doing it so well, and I express once again that this in my opinion was a poor decision over-all for community as a whole.

Also lmfao @ caboose.
