| Post subject: | Advisor promotions! |
Recently, Lex, and Ganji were promoted to Advisor! Since it's been a while since we've done Advisor promotions, and might not seem the most logical to you guys I decided to make a post explaining why Lex and Ganji are being made Advisor above anyone else, instead of making one just congratulating them. (But you should all still wish them success and congratulate them!) While Lex has been an Advisor before in this clan, she has always advised me personally to great effect, and I thus value her opinion very highly and has effectively always helped EgN indirectly by helping me. It would thus only be fitting for her to return to the rank of Advisor. Ganji has helped shape much of EgN as a Co-Leader, and his advice has always been, and most recently as a Staff continued to be highly valued, he is logical in his reasoning and often brings up sharp and valid points! Additionally Advisors and Staffs have historically been fulfilling quasi the same purpose, I do intend to eventually change this where they each more have their own tasks to fulfill. This promotion also leads up to that. Congratz! |
